Staffan Ingeborn
Managing Investment Director of InnovationsKapital, which he founded in 1994. Staffan is an experienced Nordic venture capitalists and he pioneered the venture capital industry in the area when the industry was still in its infancy.
Staffan has been responsible for InnovationsKapital’s investments in a number of companies, for example; Altitun (acq. by ADC), Apptus (MBO), Formex (acq. by Tyco), Kreatel (acq. by Motorola), Projectplace (acq. by Planview) and Spotfire (acq. by TIBCO). He currently represents InnKap on the boards of Kaelus and Oxeon.
Prior to founding InnKap, Staffan was a management consultant and private investor. His early career also includes positions as Managing Director of Frico AB (leading the IPO of the company), and General Manager of the Hygiene Division of LIC. He has an BSc from Göteborg University.
Gunnar Fernström
Investment Director of InnovationsKapital, which he joined in 1998. He has been responsible for InnovationsKapital's investments in for example PBM (acq. by Kry), Medius (acq. by Marlin Equity Partners) Carmen Systems (acq. by Boeing Corporation), Cellartis (acq. by Cellectis S.A.), 21 Grams (acq. by Priveq) and BioInvent (IPO on OMX). He has done 18 investments and is currently representing InnKap on the board of Scienta Scientific.
Prior to joining InnovationsKapital, Gunnar held various positions within SCA Mölnlycke including Managing Director of the Health Cap Division, Managing Director of the Absorbent Product Supply Division, and Executive Vice President of the SCA Mölnlycke Group. He has a MSc in Chemical Engineering and an IMD Geneva in International Marketing.
Gabriella Ohldin
Chief Financial Officer of InnovationsKapital, which she joined in early 1997. She has an MSc in Business Administration and Economics Göteborg University and an MSc in European Accounting and Finance from an Erasmus Programme.
Responsible for administration, portfolio valuation, cash flow management as well as financial and management quarterly reporting to investors. Working with fundraising, all financial activities, investments and divestment processes, monitoring of portfolio companies and internal control.
Peter Bernåker
Business Administrator and IT Manager at InnovationsKapital, which he joined in February 2000. He has a KY Degree in Accounting and has followed EVCA’s Financial Officer and Fund Administration course.
Responsible for the development of InnKap’s Private Equity software, which has been in use since 2009.
