The Swedish stem cell company Cellartis AB is an early stage Biotech company within the area of Stem Cell Technologies. It has established one strategic alliance with the publicly quoted company Vitrolife AB, which will supply research and media for cell cultivation. Stem cell research forms the basis for potential defined cell therapies and CT will mainly focus on diabetes, Parkinson´s disease and various joint diseases where the cartilage needs to be substituted or replaced due to chronic inflammation. CT is also developing tools for advanced stemcell research.
